Ryan came to our community on April 25th under the care of Dr. Tochukwu Nwabunike after facing major mobility challenges. From day one, he was determined to regain his strength—and our amazing therapy team was there to support him every step of the way!
With a personalized Physical Therapy plan and compassionate care from our interdisciplinary team, Ryan made incredible strides in his recovery. After 50 days of hard work and determination, he successfully transitioned to long-term care on June 13, 2025. “THERAPY ROCKS!” Ryan shared. “The therapists treated me like family and helped me walk again. They’re miracle workers!” We’re so proud of Ryan’s progress and grateful to our Care Team for providing the encouragement and expertise to help him succeed. Way to go, Ryan!
