Mr. G. was admitted to Majestic Care of Battle Creek following a severe stroke that left him completely dependent on others for mobility, self-care, and communication. Before his stroke, he lived at home with a family member and was fully independent.
With determination and the support of our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams, Mr. G. worked incredibly hard and made remarkable progress! His positive attitude and constant smile lit up every room he entered.
We are proud to share that Mr. G. discharged from therapy services functioning at a supervision level and now requires only limited assistance with self-care. A true example of perseverance and dedication—congratulations, Mr. G!
