Since acquiring the community in July 2025, Majestic Care has remained committed to investing in the future of the Perrysburg campus while honoring its longstanding role in the community. The transition to assisted living allows residents to maintain their independence while benefiting from personalized support, engaging programming, and compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.
Located at 10542 Fremont Pike in Perrysburg, Majestic Care Commons at Perrysburg offers a welcoming residential environment designed to promote dignity, independence, connection, and quality of life. The community provides assistance with daily living activities while encouraging residents to remain active, engaged, and connected to the people and experiences that matter most.

To commemorate this exciting transformation, Majestic Care Commons at Perrysburg will host The Commons Debut on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony beginning at 12:00 PM.
