Jordan Vinson brings a strong commitment to clinical excellence, operational leadership, and compassionate care to her role as Chief Nursing Officer at Majestic Care. Since joining the organization in the early days of Bluegrass Consulting, Jordan has demonstrated a deep alignment with Majestic Care’s mission and values while building a career centered around supporting residents, families, and Care Team members.

Jordan began her nursing career in direct patient care, gaining valuable experience in acute care settings, including ICU and medical-surgical units, before advancing into nursing leadership. She later expanded her impact through roles in healthcare administration, serving as an Administrator, Executive Director, Regional Vice President, and Vice President of Operations.

Throughout her career, Jordan has consistently demonstrated a passion for improving quality outcomes and developing strong teams. She has successfully led organizations in achieving and sustaining CMS 5-Star ratings, strengthening regulatory performance, improving quality measures, and creating cultures focused on accountability and clinical excellence. Her leadership has also contributed to workforce stability, reduced agency reliance, and improved retention outcomes across the organization.
