Angie joined Majestic Care in October 2023. She is an accomplished compliance professional with over 25 years of healthcare experience, with certifications in healthcare compliance and internal audit. Throughout her career, she has successfully led teams of varying sizes in diverse settings, including a small community hospital, physician practices, and a large integrated delivery system, where she implemented and managed compliance programs. She combines technical expertise and business acumen to develop and deploy compliance systems that foster a culture of accountability and integrity.
As Corporate Compliance & Privacy Officer, Angie is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of Majestic Care’s compliance and privacy programs, under the oversight of the Chief Executive Officer and the Governing Board. She collaborates closely with leaders across the organization to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Angie also chairs the Corporate Compliance & Ethics Committee, which oversees compliance, privacy, risk management, and internal complaint reporting programs. Her leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and a proactive mindset toward compliance.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Angie lives in a small town in Michigan with her husband of 23 years and their three dogs. Together they have one daughter and a son-in-law. You will often find them outside on their property riding side-by-sides, hiking when the weather permits or playing games. It’s with the support and encouragement of her family, that Angie continues to grow and expand her compliance experience into new segments of the healthcare industry.
