Paul D. Pruitt, Chief Executive Officer of Majestic Care, brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience and 27 years of expertise in Long-Term Care. With a strong foundation in healthcare administration, Paul earned his MBA from Cornerstone University and has a diverse background, having worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Nursing Home Administrator. His clinical experience deeply informs his leadership approach, emphasizing the value of person-centered care.

Paul is deeply committed to providing exceptional care and takes the responsibility of caring for residents seriously. His passion for enhancing the quality of life for all those entrusted to Majestic Care is reflected in his leadership. As CEO, he works closely with his team to identify and implement initiatives that improve services and performance. His expertise in healthcare management and strategic planning ensures that residents receive the highest standard of care.

In addition to his role at Majestic Care, Paul is actively involved in multiple boards and associations, including, but not limited to, the Healthcare Association of Michigan (HCAM), Indiana Health Care Association (IHCA), Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA), Kentucky Health Care Association (KHCA), and the Nursing Home Administrator Board in Michigan. His involvement in these organizations allows him to stay connected with the broader healthcare community and contribute to the advancement of long-term care.
