Sarah brings more than two decades of executive healthcare leadership experience, including senior roles as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Administration, and enterprise operations leadership within large, multi‑state healthcare organizations. Throughout her career, she has led complex people, payroll, and operational functions—supporting workforces of several thousand employees across multiple states—while guiding organizations through growth, mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and large‑scale change initiatives. Sarah is widely recognized for her ability to align workforce strategy with operational performance, compliance, and culture while minimizing disruption and driving measurable results.

Throughout her career, Sarah has been driven by a deep commitment to removing barriers—for both care teams and the individuals they serve. She brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to leadership, blending strategy with compassion to strengthen culture, develop leaders, and improve the everyday experience of those working on the front lines of care.

Sarah originally hails from the “show-me state”  of Missouri and continues to express Missourians’ healthy love for pragmatism that drives her life and work. Sarah is married to her husband, Luke, and together they relocated to Indiana but their love for the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues holds strong.
