We are proud to spotlight Courtney Randall, an outstanding CNA at Majestic Care of Sheridan.
She has been a CNA for two years. Caring for the senior community holds a special place in her heart. She enjoys taking the time to connect with residents and listen to their life stories.
“We are like family! As an aide, I think it’s important to stop and have conversations with our residents. One thing I always try to do is to go into my residents’ rooms and have a conversation with them.”
Courtney enjoys her fellow Care Team members at Majestic Care, and she likes that her work environment is always positive and uplifting.
