Three new projects reflect Majestic Care’s continued commitment to residents, families, caregivers and communities across the state
CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Majestic Care is expanding its investment in West Virginia with new projects planned in Charleston, Fairmont and Morgantown, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to the state and the residents, families and caregivers it serves.
The company will mark the beginning of the three projects with groundbreaking events in each community, beginning with Charleston on November 3rd, followed by Fairmont and Morgantown on November 4th and 5th.
Together, the projects are expected to include 306+, approximately 60,000 square feet and approximately 200 new jobs across the three communities.

It is about creating spaces that better support residents, families, and the caregivers who serve them.”
The new communities are being designed to support the experience of Residents, families, & empower Care Team Members to deliver exceptional care, and are expected to open in 2028.
Features include a mix of private and shared accommodations, expansive dining and gathering spaces, Resident lounges throughout each neighborhood, a state-of-the-art therapy gym, family gathering areas, extensive courtyard and outdoor wellness spaces, modern clinical infrastructure, and dedicated training and education space for Care Team Members. Together, these elements create an environment that promotes recovery, connection, social engagement, and exceptional care for Residents and Families alike.
The Charleston project will serve as the first of the three groundbreaking events and will bring together Majestic Care leadership, state and local elected officials, community leaders, healthcare partners and members of the project team.
Majestic Care currently serves residents and families throughout West Virginia and sees the three projects as an opportunity to build on those relationships while investing in the future of care in the state.
