Effective September 1, 2021, Majestic Management has entered into an arrangement to acquire Heartland Health Care Center of Fostrian. Majestic Care of Flushing and Majestic Care of Flushing Assisted Living will join 20 other skilled nursing and 4 assisted living locations throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan that all operate under the name of Majestic Care. The organization will provide post-acute care services to approximately 100 seniors and employ greater than 125 Care Team Members.

Majestic Management will manage 21 skilled nursing locations and 5 assisted livings in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Majestic Management is based locally in Westfield, IN and will employ over 1,650 Care Team members throughout the state in their Skilled Nursing communities. The company will provide a wide array of services to their local healthcare communities including short-term rehabilitation, traditional long-term care services, specially designed clinical units, and memory care services.
