Westfield— February 1, 2022 — Effective February 1, 2022, Majestic Management has entered into an arrangement to acquire Meadows Manor North and Meadows Manor East of Terre Haute, and Pleasant View Lodge Healthcare of McCordsville, which will become Majestic Care of Terre Haute, Majestic Care of Deming Park, and Majestic Care of McCordsville respectively. All three communities will join 23 other skilled nursing and 6 assisted living locations in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan that all operate under the name of Majestic Care. The Terre Haute and McCordsville communities will provide post-acute care services to approximately 210 seniors and employ greater than 150 Care Team members. We are thrilled for the team at Majestic Care of Terre Haute, Majestic Care of Deming Park, and Majestic Care of McCordsville to join our growing family of post-acute care communities.
