Majestic Care of Middletown is proud to recognize the dedication and compassion of our Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Lexi Manning, during Occupational Therapy Month!
Lexi’s journey into occupational therapy was inspired by her desire to truly connect with patients and support them through some of life’s most challenging transitions. “I decided to become a COTA because I liked the idea of building a relationship with my patients and being able to spend a session engaging in something that is important to them,” Lexi shares.
Her passion lies in the connections she builds and the progress she witnesses firsthand. “I love watching patients progress through therapy—it is amazing. I also enjoy watching them smile; sometimes therapy is the highlight of their day.”
Lexi has a special heart for working with the geriatric population and is excited to take her passion even further this fall as she begins her master’s program. Her commitment to growth and her deep compassion for her residents make her an incredible asset to the Majestic Care team.
