Dolph Dickemyer arrived to Majestic Care of New Haven after an exacerbation of illness and fall in the community. He came here requiring extensive assistance with self-care, functional mobility and cognitive decline. Dolph participated in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services with Reliant Rehabilitation to work diligently towards his goal of returning home! When Dolph met his goals and discharged home, he was independent in self-care and was walking around without an assistive device. He also showed improvement in his overall cognitive ability, balance, and strength! Dolph is very appreciative of his therapy team and all of the care team members at Majestic Care of New Haven! Congratulations on your success, Dolph!
