Majestic Care is proud to announce the official acquisition of the former Elmcroft of Sagamore Hills, now reintroduced as Majestic Care of Sagamore Hills Assisted Living. The acquisition will become official on March 1, 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for senior living in the Sagamore Hills community.
The community is currently undergoing approximately $3 million in renovations, designed to elevate both comfort and lifestyle for residents. Enhancements include updates to common areas, new paint and flooring, upgraded furnishings, and improvements to individual apartment spaces. Majestic Care’s procurement and development teams have invested countless hours ensuring every detail reflects the organization’s commitment to quality, hospitality, and experience-driven living.
Majestic Care of Sagamore Hills Assisted Living will feature approximately 103 studio and one-bedroom apartments, offering seniors a supportive environment focused on independence, connection, and well-being. The vision for the Sagamore Hills community centers on lifestyle, engagement, and meaningful relationships. The community is designed to go beyond traditional senior living by offering engaging programs, opportunities for connection, and a welcoming atmosphere for residents and families alike.
