Rebecca Nale, Social Services Director
Rebecca Nale, our Social Services Director, has been in healthcare for 16 years. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Indiana State University, Rebecca is passionate about making a difference. Her inspiration comes from spending time with her grandparents in a nursing home, which led her to advocate for residents and ensure they receive proper care.
“The residents are my motivation,” Rebecca says. “I want to make sure they have someone advocating for them.” The most rewarding part of her role? “Seeing their smiles and how happy they are.”
Deana Constable, Memory Care Coordinator
With 25 years in healthcare, Deana Constable brings a wealth of experience to her role as Memory Care Coordinator. She transitioned from CNA to Memory Care Coordinator to advocate for residents in a more impactful way, especially after her late husband’s cancer care experience.
“My goal is to care for others the way I would want my family cared for,” Deana shares. She finds joy in seeing residents happy and loves shopping for them. “Their smiles and laughter are the most rewarding part of my job.”
Emily Knight, Social Services Assistant
Emily Knight, a Social Services Assistant, has been in healthcare for 10 years and is currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in social work at Purdue University. Emily is driven by her desire to help others, especially the children on our Michael’s House unit.
“What motivates me is the smiling faces of my residents,” Emily says. “It’s so rewarding to make a difference in their lives and see them feel valued.”
A huge thank you to Rebecca, Deana, Emily, and all social workers who pour their hearts into their work. Your dedication and compassion truly make a difference in the lives of our residents. Happy Social Work Month!
