At Majestic Care of Carmel, we are proud to have Jennifer Schmidt as our Social Service Director! With a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Arizona State University and an Associate’s degree in Psychology, Jennifer has a strong educational foundation that perfectly complements her 20+ years of experience in healthcare.
Jennifer’s journey in healthcare began as a Behavioral Health Worker, and it didn’t take long for her to discover her passion for working in geriatrics. She shares, “I chose this career because I have a deep passion for helping others, especially those facing vulnerable and challenging times.” In her role as Social Service Director, Jennifer’s main focus is to advocate for residents and provide support during some of the most difficult times in their lives. She truly believes in the power of compassionate care and is committed to making a positive impact on those she serves.
What motivates Jennifer every day is knowing that she’s contributing to improving someone’s quality of life. She says, “The most powerful motivator for me is knowing that I’m making a tangible, positive difference in someone’s life.” We are truly grateful for Jennifer’s unwavering dedication, empathy, and leadership. She is a key part of the compassionate care we provide at Majestic Care of Carmel, and we’re excited to celebrate her during Social Work Month and beyond!
