Majestic Care of Goshen is excited to share resident Carol Sage’s Success Story!
Carol was admitted to Majestic Care of Goshen on February 16, 2025, under the care of Dr. Tochukwu Nwabunike after experiencing a decline in mobility. She was referred to our Physical Therapy team to help her regain strength and independence.
With a personalized treatment plan, our therapists worked closely with Carol to restore her function and support her return to more independent movement. “My therapists are the reason I am back on my feet and walking again!” Carol shared. After 73 days of dedication and hard work, Carol successfully transitioned back to long-term care on April 29, 2025—stronger, more mobile, and full of determination!
