Majestic Care of New Haven is excited to shine the spotlight on resident Daniel Gulbranson’s Success Story!
Daniel admitted to Majestic Care of New Haven on November 27th of last year under the care of Dr. Mark Gresla. During the course of his stay, he worked with our physical, occupational, and speech therapists to efficiently and effectively identify Daniel’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition him to the next level of care.
The therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaptation, compensation, and restoration potential of Daniel, and coordinated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed. We are proud to share that on March 6th, Daniel successfully discharged to long-term care. Congratulations to Daniel and his Care Team on their success!
