Jacqueline Flye admitted to Majestic Care of West Allen in May under the care of Dr. Subhash Reddy. During her stay, our Occupational Therapy team worked diligently to identify her unique needs and design a specialized treatment plan to help her reach her goals and transition to the next level of care. Through skilled interventions focusing on adaptation, compensation, and restoration, Jacqueline made incredible progress! Our therapy team collaborated closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure all areas of care were met. On June 13th, she successfully discharged to long-term care. Congratulations, Jacqueline—we are so proud of your hard work and accomplishments!
