Majestic Care of Carmel is excited to shine the spotlight on resident Jeanette Hopkins’s Success Story!

Ms. Jeanette Hopkins admitted to Majestic Care of Carmel on January 14th after a long stay in the hospital from battling COVID-19. She was in the ICU for ten days and was on high levels of oxygen during that time. When she came to Majestic Care, she still required continuous oxygen and worried that it would be something she would need for a long time to come. Ms. Hopkins worked hard with therapy and nursing, and came a long way in a short amount of time. In just a week and half, she was able to go home without oxygen and is using a walker to help with stability when walking! She continues to work on her endurance as she recovers, but she is mostly independent with her daily activities once again. Keep up the good work Ms. Hopkins!
