Majestic Care of Goshen is proud to share the success story of resident Jerry Blanchard!
Jerry returned to our community on March 22, 2023, under the care of Dr. Andrew Offerle. Having stayed with us before, he was comforted by the familiar faces and the warm welcome he received. “They treated me like family, not just a patient,” Jerry shared. “The therapy was excellent, and I saw real results.”
Jerry participated in personalized Occupational and Physical Therapy focused on his full-body recovery. Our therapy team tailored interventions to meet his specific needs, working in close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team for a well-rounded plan of care. After 100 days of commitment and progress, Jerry was able to discharge home on June 29, 2023. We’re so proud of his hard work and honored to have supported him. Congratulations, Jerry!
