Majestic Care of Saint Anthony is excited to share resident Lester Nelson’s Success Story!
Lester Nelson was admitted to Majestic Care of St. Anthony’s on January 31, 2025, under the care of Dr. Umair Ahmed following a recent hospital stay. Upon arrival, Lester required a wheelchair and assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs).
Through a combination of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy, Lester received specialized treatment to address his unique needs. The therapy team worked closely with him, providing skilled interventions focused on adaptation, compensation, and restoration, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
After 50 days of dedicated therapy and hard work, Lester successfully discharged home on March 21, 2025, ready to continue his recovery independently. Congratulations to Lester and his care team for this incredible achievement!
