Majestic Care of New Haven is thrilled to spotlight resident Maria Wells’s Success Story!
Maria admitted to Majestic Care of New Haven in September 2021 under the care of Dr. Mark Gresla. During the course of her stay, occupational and physical therapy services were initiated to efficiently and effectively identify Maria’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition her to the next level of care.
The therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaptation, compensation, and restoration potential of Maria, and coordinated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed. On October 22nd, Maria was successfully discharged to go back home to her family. We are so proud of Maria and her Care Team for her success!
