Majestic Care of New Haven is proud to recognize Steven Tassler’s Success Story.
Steven admitted to Majestic Care of New Haven after being in the hospital for a bowel obstruction. Due to his recent hospitalization, Steven was weak and required extensive assistance with self care, mobility, transfers, and ambulation. A plan of care was developed between Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy through Reliant Rehabilitation and Majestic Care of New Haven to address his goals of increasing his independence with functional ADLs to facilitate his return home with his wife.
Steven worked hard with therapy team to increase his strength and activity tolerance to regain his functional independence. Steven was able to return home with the help of his wife and his in-laws. Steven, we are going to miss you!
