Tom’s journey is nothing short of inspiring! After a lengthy hospitalization and a relapse from a prior rehab, he arrived needing extensive care. With the dedication of our Care Team and the support of IV therapy, PT, OT, and SLP therapies, Tom made an incredible recovery and transitioned to assisted living!
