Ms. Madden came to Majestic Care of Saint Anthony after a recent fall. Upon her arrival she required moderate assistance with all ADLs. After participating in OT and PT through Reliant Rehab, she was able to return home independently. Way to go, Veronica! We will miss you so much, but we are so happy to see you back to your normal lifestyle.
