Hollie began her healthcare journey in 1985 as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), a role she devoted herself to for over 30 years. Her love for the field only grew stronger, inspiring her to advance her education in the medical field. In 2009, she pursued a degree in Medical Billing and Coding, which she earned in 2011. Driven by her commitment to providing exceptional care, she went on to obtain her Healthcare Administration license with a concentration in Long-Term Care.
Hollie’s journey as an administrator began during one of the most challenging times in healthcare history—the COVID-19 pandemic. While stepping into leadership during such an uncertain time could have been overwhelming, Hollie saw it as a motivating force. She remained dedicated to her residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort every step of the way.
Her passion for working with the elderly started in childhood, as she loved listening to their stories and life experiences. Today, as an administrator, that same passion continues to drive her. She views the time spent with residents as a privilege, cherishing every interaction and finding joy in their wisdom and companionship.
Hollie’s leadership at Majestic Care of Kent is truly uplifting. Her love for the residents shines through in all she does, creating a warm and supportive environment for both the residents and Care Team members.
