Jan was admitted to Majestic Care of New Haven on December 9, 2024, under the care of Deyanira Chen. Upon admission, Jan began working with our dedicated Occupational and Physical Therapy teams, who tailored a personalized rehab plan to meet his unique needs. Through skilled interventions focused on adaptation, compensation, and restoration, and with strong collaboration from the interdisciplinary care team, Jan made steady progress.
After just 15 days, Jan successfully discharged home on December 23, 2024, ready for the next chapter of his recovery! We’re proud to have supported Jan on his journey and wish him all the best!
