Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe is proud to recognize resident Kay Schoeff’s Success Story!
Kay Schoeff admitted to Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe for a “rehab to home” stay following a hospital trip ending up on dialysis. She required assistance with all activities of daily living, along with decreased endurance and ability to ambulate. Kay also had difficulty with balance while standing.
She participated in occupational and physical therapy along with dialysis, and worked hard on improving and increasing her strength and endurance. We here at Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe are proud to share that Kay’s strength, balance, and endurance have improved remarkably! Congratulations to Kay and her Care Team on their success!
