General Counsel
Margaret Chamberlain began her long-term care career in 1988, spending six years as a nursing home social worker in New York State. Driven by her passion for post-acute care, she pursued law school with the specific goal of serving the industry. Over the past 25 years, Margaret has represented post-acute care providers across Michigan and the United States on regulatory, civil, criminal, and licensing matters, while also presenting at hundreds of educational programs.
Throughout her career, Margaret has developed compliance programs, managed transactional matters, and represented clients in state and federal administrative appeals. She now brings her decades of experience to Majestic Care, aiming to provide proactive legal leadership and further strengthen the organization’s exceptional executive team.
