Majestic Care of Carmel Assisted Living will be using the Director Service Workforce Investment Grant monies in the following ways: Enhancement of caregiver wages via a $5.00 per hour attendance bonus, tuition assistance to further a career as a direct caregiver, tuition reimbursement for licensed nurses to assist with defraying college loans, paid certified nursing assistant class, free cell phone with paid service to direct service workforce, double time offered for major holidays worked, competitive quarterly wage increases, paid life insurance, reduced childcare program assistance, and zero cost Telehealth access.
