Are you a current or former worker employed at a Department of Energy nuclear site, a beryllium vendor, or in the uranium mining industry? Have you been diagnosed with an illness potentially caused by radiation or a toxic exposure during that employment, such as cancer, chronic silicosis or beryllium disease? You or a loved one may be entitled to compensation. Survivors of qualified workers may also be entitled to benefits.
