From her first day with us, Brittany has brought purpose, passion, and a deep commitment to supporting not just our leadership team, but the entire Majestic Care family. We caught up with Brittany to learn more about her and what drives her every day.
How did your story with Majestic Care begin?
My story with Majestic Care began with a desire to be part of an organization that truly values people—both the Care Team Members and the residents we serve. I was drawn to the company’s mission and the impact it has on the lives of others. From my first interview, I could feel the passion and purpose behind the work being done here. That energy was contagious, and I knew this was where I wanted to grow my career.
What does a typical day look like for you as an administrative professional in this setting?
No two days are ever quite the same, which is one of the things I enjoy most! As a Senior Executive Assistant, my role involves supporting our leadership team, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I also assist with project management, internal communications, and special events. It’s a fast-paced environment but incredibly rewarding to know that my work contributes to the overall care and support of our residents and staff.
What is your favorite part about being part of the long-term care industry?
There’s something uniquely fulfilling about being part of an industry that’s all about compassion and connection. I love knowing that the work we do has a direct impact on people’s quality of life. Whether it’s helping create a positive environment for our Care Team or supporting initiatives that enhance resident care, every task has a deeper meaning. It’s not just a job—it’s a purpose.
What is one word you’d use to describe the culture here at Majestic Care – and why?
“Supportive.” At every level, there’s a genuine commitment to uplifting and empowering one another. Whether its leadership encouraging professional growth, coworkers stepping in to help, or the way we rally around each other during challenges—it’s a culture of care that extends beyond our residents to everyone within the organization.
While working hard as an administrative professional, what is your go-to coffee order and favorite workday snack?
Fun fact—I’ve never had a sip of coffee! Instead, my go-to pick-me-up is a cold Alani energy drink. You’ll often find me with a Breezeberry or Cosmic Stardust in hand to power through the day. As for snacks, I keep it simple with a classic cheese stick. It’s quick, easy, and always hits the spot!
