Occupational Therapists focus on many daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and safe transfers. By developing goals, we help our residents address the barriers that may hinder their performance and regain the skills necessary to leading a more rewarding life.
Our Occupational Therapists:
- Provide guidance on dressing, bathing, hygiene, and eating
- Help residents develop adaptation skills to overcome disabilities
- Use physical exercise to strengthen muscles, improve coordination, minimize the impact of arthritis and improve joint health.
