What are three key highlights of your position?
My position enables me to be engaged in a wide range of initiatives, work with all of our communities, as well as represent Majestic Care while interacting with vendors.
What do you enjoy most about your position?
The fast-paced and unexpected environment. I thrive and enjoy operating in that setting. In my position, no two days are identical. Even when I have a fantastic To Do List prepared for the day, something unexpectedly will come up and derail the schedule. It keeps me guessing!
Why did you choose Majestic Care?
I chose Majestic Care because I wanted to “switch sides” in the SNF sector. Instead of working in the industry’s rate-setting and reimbursement operations, I choose to be a part of everyday operations.
