With 28 years in healthcare, Majestic Care of Toledo’s Executive Director, Cathleen Voyles-Baden, has dedicated her career to making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors. She earned her first Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Lourdes College in 1997, followed by a second Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology and Long-Term Care Administration in 2002.
Cathleen’s passion for senior care started at a young age. Growing up in a large family, she frequently visited her grandparents in nursing homes, where she and her siblings would spend time with residents—singing, praying, and playing games. These early experiences shaped her deep commitment to ensuring that every senior receives the attention and care they deserve.
Her motivation in the ever-evolving healthcare field comes from staying ahead of regulatory changes and continuously educating her Care Team. She finds immense fulfillment in honoring caregivers and creating an environment where both residents and Care Team members feel supported and valued.
For Cathleen, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing the smiles on residents’ faces and being a trusted support system for families navigating long-term care decisions.
