With over two decades in healthcare, Gregg Fuller, Executive Director at Majestic Care of Fort Wayne has dedicated his career to creating a positive impact in long-term care. He began as a CNA in 1999 while earning his Bachelor’s in Health Science from Purdue University, with a minor in history. His hands-on experience in various departments of a small Catholic facility led him to administration, where he discovered his passion for leadership and operational excellence.

Encouraged by a mentor, Gregg pursued an Administrator-in-Training program with Miller’s, embracing the challenges and educational opportunities that came with it. “I love the education, challenges, and the positive impact I can make on people’s lives,” he shares.

Even in the face of challenges, Gregg finds motivation in educating the next generation of healthcare professionals. He views obstacles as opportunities to grow, innovate, and improve the care experience for residents and Care Team members alike.

For Gregg, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing happy residents and families. Beyond that, he takes great pride in fostering a strong culture where his team feels valued and wants to stay. “Hearing staff appreciate and want to stay working at my facility because of the culture and success we share means everything,” he says. Thank you, Gregg, for your leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence in long-term care!
