January 1, 2022 — Effective January 1, 2022, Majestic Management has entered into an arrangement to acquire Courtyard Healthcare of Goshen. Majestic Care of Goshen will join 22 other skilled nursing and 6 assisted living locations throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan that all operate under the name of Majestic Care. The organization will provide post-acute care services to approximately 150 seniors and employ greater than 200 Care Team members.

The community is conveniently located less than one mile from Goshen Hospital and will provide care to 186 seniors on a daily basis. We are so excited to continue the traditions of the campus while meeting the needs of the local healthcare community. Majestic Management will now manage a total of 23 skilled nursing locations and 6 assisted livings in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Majestic Management is based locally in Westfield, IN and will employ over 922 Care Team members throughout our Indiana communities.
