Guiding Majestic Care of Sheridan to this remarkable achievement is Lauren Kirkwood, who started her journey with us as the Director of Nursing. After three years in that role, she embarked on the Administrator in Training (AIT) program and now serves as the Executive Director of the community. When reflecting on the facility’s journey from a 1-star to a 5-star rating, Lauren shared:
“When I was given the opportunity to take over Majestic Care of Sheridan, I was instantly excited with it being my hometown. I knew it was going to take a lot of work and manpower to bring this facility from a 1-star to a 5-star, and that was without knowing a pandemic was on the horizon. Majestic Care and the town of Sheridan have been a huge support every step of the way.”
