With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare, Brandi Brooks has dedicated her career to making a difference in the lives of others. After graduating high school, she attended Sue Bennette Jr. College and later earned her CDN from the University of North Dakota. In 2022, she achieved her social services degree from Courtney + Associates.
Brandi’s journey in healthcare began in 2006 when she started working in the business office. In 2009, she transitioned into the dietary department, serving as Dietary Manager for over a decade. While she loved her role, Brandi felt a deeper calling to directly support residents in a more personal way. In 2020, she stepped into the field of social services, where she found her true passion—advocating for and uplifting seniors.
Her desire to help others and create a meaningful impact has been the driving force behind her career. “I want to make a positive impact on the lives of our older population and their families,” Brandi shares. This passion fuels motivation every day, even through the challenges that come with working in healthcare.
During difficult times, Brandi remains motivated by knowing that her residents are being cared for—not just physically, but emotionally as well. “Being a positive impact and someone my residents can depend on is the most rewarding part of my role,” she says. Whether she’s advocating for a resident or celebrating their progress, Brandi finds fulfillment in being a trusted support system for those in her care.
Her dedication and compassion shine through in everything she does, making her an invaluable part of our team. We are so grateful for Brandi and the difference she makes in the lives of our residents every day!
