Betty admitted to Majestic Care of New Haven after a recent hospitalization from complications of pre-existing medical conditions. When Betty admitted, she required assistance with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and self-care. A plan of care was developed between our rehabilitation team to address her goals of regaining her independence and returning to assisted living.
Betty worked diligently with Reliant Rehabilitation’s therapy department to increase strength, mobility, ambulation, and increased independence. She was able to move into an assisted living facility where she is ambulating with a rolling walker and adjusting well in her apartment! We are so proud of your progress, Betty!
