Majestic Care of New Haven is thrilled to share resident Cheryl Green’s Success Story!
Cheryl Green came to Majestic Care of New Haven at the beginning of March 2022. During her stay, she worked hard with our occupational and physical therapists to successfully transition Cheryl to the next level of care. Our Care Team provided skilled interventions to address the restoration potential of Ms. Green, and coordinated with our interdisciplinary team to ensure all of Cheryl’s clinical care areas were addressed. We are proud to say that Cheryl has been successfully discharged home to her family. Congratulations to Cheryl and her Care Team on their success!
