Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe is excited to share resident Daniel Callahan’s Success Story!
Daniel Callahan admitted to Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe on July 29th under the care of Andrew Offerle. During his stay, Daniel worked with our dedicated Occupational and Physical Therapy teams, who created an individualized plan to meet his unique needs and help him regain independence.
Through skilled interventions, encouragement, and teamwork, Daniel made wonderful progress and after 51 days of rehabilitation, he successfully discharged home on September 17th! We are so proud of Daniel’s hard work and determination, and we celebrate his journey back home!
