Majestic Care of Toledo is excited to share the Success Stories of residents George and Terrance!
Working in a rehabilitation center, we never know what to expect as an outcome. Our ultimate goal is to provide the best possible care to our residents to reclaim their independence. That is what happened with two residents who put their resources together and found a home for the two of them to share as roommates. George and Terrance both worked hard with our therapy team to gain their strength and mobility. Together, with their Home Choice case managers and the amazing Care Team members here in the Toledo community, we can count them as a successful discharge! After over 6 months with us, George and Terrance discharged to their new rental home. They have new furniture, appliances, and a new positive outlook on life! George and Terrance never gave up on their goal to discharge, and have now been in their new place for almost a month. The next step in this story is to get more of their resident friends out to their own homes, too. Congratulations George and Terrance on your new home!
