Hagin came to Majestic Care of West Allen from another long-term care community. Mr. Frith received physical therapy to provide skilled interventions to reach maximum independence. Therapy coordinated with nursing to address specific care needs, and Hagin was successfully discharged to an Assisted Living community! Congratulations to Hagin and his Care Team on their success!
