Jerome was admitted on January 28, 2025, under the attentive care of Kristine Teodori. From day one, his care plan was customized to meet his unique needs, with our dedicated Occupational and Physical Therapy teams collaborating to build a treatment path focused on his goals.
Through skilled therapy interventions that emphasized adaptation, compensation, and restoration, Jerome made consistent progress. The interdisciplinary team remained in close communication to ensure every aspect of his recovery was addressed with compassion and excellence. After 38 days of hard work and dedication, Jerome achieved his goal and returned home on March 6, 2025. His journey is a powerful reminder of what personalized care and teamwork can accomplish.
