Majestic Care of Deming Park is thrilled to share resident Jim Roberts’s Success Story!
Mr. Jim Roberts was admitted to Majestic Care of Deming Park after a hospital stay where he was diagnosed with ketoacidosis, sepsis, and a UTI. During the course of Mr. Roberts’s stay, occupational, physical, and speech therapy were initiated by our Care Team to effectively identify his unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition Mr. Roberts the next level of care. Our therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaptation, compensation, and restoration potential of Mr. Roberts, and coordinated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed. We are so proud to announce that on August 15, 2022, Mr. James Roberts successfully discharged back home to his wife. Congratulations to Mr. Roberts and his Care Team on their success!
