Majestic Care of Terre Haute is excited to share resident Joan Fornell’s Success Story!
Joan came to us on September 13th for rehab after being diagnosed with COVID-19. She is leaving us today with her husband feeling more confident than ever! While she was with us, she was seen by our Occupational and Physical therapy teams. Her husband says she was encouraged by her therapy team to achieve daily goals and discharge home with improved independence. Vicki Weir was her rockstar CNA and her favorite Care Team member. Her family chose our building for its convenience to their home. They were completely happy with their accommodations. Joan spoke quickly when we asked how she would rate her experience with an astounding “10″! Congratulations to Joan and her Care Team on their success!
