Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe is thrilled to recognize John Dixon’s success story.
John was admitted to Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe on August 8th for increased confusion and decreased swallowing. John, a resident of Silver Birch, was out riding his power wheelchair when he made a wrong turn and got lost.
While here at Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe, John worked on improving his swallowing abilities with no cues or supervision required. John also worked with Occupational Therapy on increasing his safety awareness and strategies to increase his ability to focus. John was back in his power chair prior to his discharge back to Silver Birch on August 31. John was very social while he was here and attended many activities. He is very well-liked by our Care Team members and other residents alike. Congratulations, John, on your success. We wish you the best, always!
