Majestic Care of West Allen is excited to shine the spotlight on resident John Hornbeck’s Success Story!
John was admitted to Majestic Care of West Allen from Lutheran Hospital on January 31, 2023. When he admitted, he had difficulties walking and completing his activities of daily living. He worked very hard with our therapists and Care Team members to restore, compensate, and adapt to reach maximum potential and address clinical care areas. We are proud to announce that John was able to return back home! Congratulations to John and his Care Team on their success!
